Ikerketak agerian utzi zuen 2024an euskal enpresetako <strong data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1196\">Administrazio Kontseiluetan<\/strong> emakumeak <strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1238\">% 25a<\/strong> izan zirela, aurreko urtean baino hiru puntu gehiago. Datu horrek aurrerapen nabarmena adierazten du erabaki-organoetan ekitate handiagoa lortzeko bidean, nahiz eta oraindik parekotasun-helburutik urrun egon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1674\">Bizkaiko AEDko presidente <strong data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1479\">Isabel Iturbek<\/strong>nabarmendu zuenez, hazkunde horrek &ldquo;inflexio-puntua izan liteke berdintasunaren bilakaeran, batez ere historikoki emakume gutxiago egon diren sektore eta enpresetan&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"2103\">Foroaren irekiera instituzionala <strong data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1783\">Ainara Basurko Ekonomia Sustapeneko foru diputatuak<\/strong>egin zuen, eta &ldquo;genero-berdintasuna enpresen lehiakortasunerako funtsezko alderdia dela&rdquo; azpimarratu zuen Basurkok.
